What is Massage Therapy?

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is a healthcare professional trained to assess & treat soft tissue & musculoskeletal conditions using hands - on techniques. They use a variety of manual therapies, such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, & trigger point therapy, to help relieve pain, reduce tension, improve circulation, & enhance mobility.
